On August 5 at 1 PM the Museum of Making Music welcomes 16 French horns for an afternoon concert. This free performance will feature a diverse array of performers from the Coastal Communities Concert Band, San Diego Symphony and La Jolla Symphony, Westwind Brass and U.S. Navy Band Southwest.
The ensemble will perform music from the London Horn Sound CD including “Titanic - Fantasy,” “Prelude to Tristan & Isolde,” and “Bohemian Rhapsody.” Each piece will be performed by 10 to 16 French horns. Hornswoggle is conducted by Donald Caneva and Robert Fleming.
Don’t miss the chance to see a memorable performance by this large ensemble of brass instrument musicians. This concert is free though a $5 suggested donation is appreciated. Seating is limited and available as first come first served. The Museum of Making Music is located at 5790 Armada Drive in Carlsbad.
