MOTU today announced its flagship audio workstation software ‘Digital Performer’ is now available as a Universal application for Mac OS X version 10.4 ‘Tiger’. This means the application has been ported to work seamlessly with both Power PC and Intel-based Macs.

Digital Performer 5.1 is now available as a free download at motu.com for registered Version 5.0 users. This maintenance update, provided as a Universal application, can be installed on any Intel-based or Power PC Mac and provides numerous code enhancements and optimizations.
